OVERVIEW
As Director of Design, I led the design team and overall design direction for Felix the Cat × Mr. Cartoon at ComplexCon, bringing together two iconic visual worlds in an immersive experience rooted in tattoo art, West Coast street culture, and Felix The Cat's legacy.
From visual development through production, I directed the team across spatial design, materiality, graphics, and execution, maintaining a cohesive creative vision and high standard of design throughout the experience.
SCOPE
Led creative direction and design leadership, establishing the visual and spatial tone of the experience
Worked hands-on through early concept development, shaping the creative approach and key design decisions
Led the design team through development, providing direction, feedback, and creative alignment
Transitioned into broader oversight through production, maintaining visibility and a high bar for quality and craft
